Register by November 21, 2023, for skaters meeting the following criteria:
· Skaters in Competition Zone 3 as per the Star Series Competition Zone Listing
· Skaters for Alberta North Arctic Winter Games Run-offs categories
Registration then opens on November 22, 2023, to all AB/NT/NU and out of Section skaters, if space permits.
Closing Date of Entries for all Skaters – December 5, 2023, at noon (12pm) MT.
Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Technical Representative and if space permits in the event.
Entries accepted after the registration deadline date will be charged a late entry fee of $100 per entry or 50% of the entry fee,
per entry (whichever is greater). No entries will be accepted after the late entry registration deadline.
Late entries will only be considered until December 8, 2023, at 12:00pm (noon) MT.
REGISTRATION CHANGES
After the registration deadline date, changes to entries will only be made by the Technical Representative.
Confirm which event to register in with your coach before submitting your registration. No changes will be made after December 15, 2023.
Registration changes must be submitted by using the online form available on the event page of the website.
NEW for 2023-2024 Season - REGISTRATION CHANGE FEE:
For any changes that are required to be made to a skater’s registration, there will be a $25 Registration Change Fee applied to all registration changes.
PLANNED PROGRAMS & DEADLINE
Planned Program(s) must be submitted by January 10, 2024 12:00pm (noon) MT.
Fee Increase for 2023-2023 Season, Fee charged for not submitting:
There will be a $25 fee per entry for failing to submit Planned Program(s) by January 10, 2024 at 12:00pm (noon) MT.
Planned Program Sheets will NOT be accepted on site.

Planned Program(s) must be submitted by January 10, 2024, 12:00pm (noon) MT.
Planned Program(s) are required for all categories. Planned Program(s) to be submitted a minimum of once per season. If you have not submitted your planned program since the 2023 Wild Rose Invitational, then you MUST submit it for the Star Series #3. If there are any changes made to your planned program, changes must be submitted through your Uplifter account by January 10, 2024 at noon. There will be a $25 fee per segment for failing to register your Planned Program(s) by the deadline date. The invoice will be sent to you through your Uplifter account. Planned Program(s) will not be accepted onsite.
