Closing Date of Entries – March 1, 2024, at noon (12pm) MT.
LATE ENTRIES: March 5, 2024, at 12:00 pm (noon) MT
Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Technical Representative and if space permits in the event.
Entries received after the deadline date will be charged a late entry fee of $100 per entry or 50% of the entry fee, per entry (whichever is greater).
No entries will be accepted after the late entry registration deadline.
REGISTRATION CHANGES
REGISTRATION CHANGE DEADLINE: March 8, 2024
Confirm which event to register in with your coach before submitting your registration. No changes will be made after March 8, 2024.
After the registration deadline date, changes to entries will only be made by the Technical Representative.
Registration changes must be submitted by using the online form available on the event page of the website.
NEW for 2023-2024 Season - REGISTRATION CHANGE FEE:
For any changes that are required to be made to a skater’s registration, there will be a $25 Registration Change Fee applied to all registration changes.
PLANNED PROGRAMS & DEADLINE
Deadline to submit planned programs: April 10, 2024, at 12:00pm (noon) MT.
Fee Increase for 2023-2024 Season for not submitting planned program:
There will be a $25 fee per entry for failing to submit Planned Program(s) by January 31, 2024, at 12:00pm (noon) MT.
Skaters will still skate but without a PPC.
Planned Program Sheets will NOT be accepted on site.
How to submit planned programs:
· Planned programs must be submitted once per season via Uplifter.
· The first event of the 2023-2024 season was the 2023 Wild Rose Invitational.
If the skater did not compete at Wild Rose, or any subsequent event, then the planned program must be submitted for this event. ·
· Planned program sheets will NOT be transferred between categories. Ensure you have submitted a planned program for each category you have entered (ie: Juvenile and STAR 6 require different planned program submissions).
Planned Program are required for:
· Star Short Programs and Star 5 & higher Freeskates
Juvenile – Senior Short and Free programs
Star Artistics

Planned Program Content
Planned Program(s) must be submitted by April 10, 2024, 12:00pm (noon) MT.
Planned Program(s) are required for all categories. Planned Program(s) to be submitted a minimum of once per season. If you have not submitted your planned program since the 2023 Wild Rose Invitational, then you MUST submit it for Sunsational. If there are any changes made to your planned program, changes must be submitted through your Uplifter account by April 10, 2024 at noon. There will be a $25 fee per segment for failing to register your Planned Program(s) by the deadline date. The invoice will be sent to you through your Uplifter account. Planned Program(s) will not be accepted onsite. Skaters will still be able to skate without the PPC.
