REGISTRATION DEADLINE DATES:
Due to the qualification process, the registration for this event will take place in two (2) stages, each with specific 
deadline dates.
Deadline Date for Stage 1 Registrations – February 21, 2024, at 12:00pm (noon) MT: 
The following categories/skaters must be registered by February 21 at noon:
          • All Adult freeskate and artistic entries
          • All Special Olympics entries
          • All Introductory Pairs entries
          • All men’s entries: short, freeskate and artistic 
          • Skaters who placed in the top 5 within their home competition zone for Star Series 1, 2 & 3 as detailed on the 
            Qualifying Tracking Document.
          • *To show skaters who have qualified, there is a Q beside the skater’s name detailed on the Qualifying Tracking 
             document on the Section website.
Deadline Date for Stage 2 Registrations – March 6, 2024, at midnight MT
The following categories/skaters must be registered by March 6 at midnight: 
          • Skaters who placed in the top 5 within their home competition zone for Star Series 4 as detailed on the 
            Qualifying Tracking Document.
          • Men and Women artistic, short and freeskate who have qualified as per the quota numbers on the Qualifying 
            Tracking Document.
          • *To show skaters who have qualified, there is a Q beside the skater’s name detailed on the Qualifying Tracking 
             document on the Section website.

Skaters who have qualified, but do not register by the March 6 deadline have considered forfeiting their entry.

Fill Process: In the event that the determined number of skaters who qualify for a category do not register by March 6 at 
midnight, the spots will be filled per category with the next highest skaters scores in that category. Skaters invited to fill 
spots must register by Friday, March 8 at 12:00pm (noon) MT.

LATE ENTRIES: There will be no late entries accepted

REGISTRATION CHANGES: After the registration deadline date, changes to entries will only be made by the Technical 
Representative. Confirm which event to register in with your coach before submitting your registration. No changes will 
be made after March 8, 2024, at 12:00pm (noon). Registration changes must be submitted by using the online form 
available on the event page of the website.

REGISTRATION CHANGE FEE: For any changes that are required to be made to a skater’s registration, there will be a $25 
Registration Change Fee applied to all registration changes.

PLANNED PROGRAMS & DEADLINE

Deadline to submit planned programs: March 8, 2024 at 12:00pm (noon) MT.

Fee charged for not submitting: There will be a $25 fee per category (entry) for failing to submit Planned Program(s) by
March 8, 2024, at 12:00pm (noon) MT. Planned Programs will NOT be accepted on site at the event.
