CLOSING DATE OF ENTRIES: November 14, 2025, at 12:00pm (noon) MT
All entries must be received no later than November 14, 2025, 12:00pm (noon) MT.
It is the responsibility of the team to ensure that their entry is submitted by the closing date.
LATE REGISTRATION ENTRIES: Late entries will not be accepted.
TEAM ROSTER CHANGE DEADLINE: November 21, 2025
After the registration deadline date, changes to team rosters will only be made by the Technical Representative.
Registration changes must be submitted by using the online form available on the event page of the website.
Deadline to submit planned programs: December 3, 2025, at 12:00pm (noon) MT.
Deadline to submit changes for your music after submission: December 3, 2025, at 12:00pm (noon) MT
Changes to the music after submission during the online registration, the updated music file must be uploaded through your Uplifter account.

Planned Program Content Submission
Deadline to submit planned programs: December 3, 2025, at 12:00pm (noon) MT
Fee charged for not submitting: There is a $25 fee per entry for failing to submit Planned Program(s) by the deadline date. Planned Program Sheets will NOT be accepted on site.
How to submit planned programs:
- Planned programs must be submitted once per season via Uplifter.
- The first event of the 2025-2026 season is the 2025 Rose Bowl Invitational. All teams (Star 4 & higher) must submit a Planned Program
- Teams may edit or re-submit their planned program in Uplifter if changes are made throughout the 2025-2026 season.
