LATE ENTRIES: August 22, 2025, at 12:00pm (noon) MT

Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Technical Representative and if space permits in the event.
Entries received after the deadline date will be charged a late entry fee of $100 per entry or 50% of the entry fee, per entry (whichever is greater).
No entries will be accepted after the late entry registration deadline. 

REGISTRATION CHANGES DEADLINE & FEE: August 29, 2025
Confirm which event to register in with your coach before submitting your registration. 
No changes will be made after August 29, 2025. Registration changes must be submitted by using the online form available on the event
page of the website. There is a $25 fee to make changes to your registration.

Deadline to submit changes for your music after submission: September 17, 2025

Deadline to submit planned programs: September 17, 2025, at 12:00pm (noon) MT.
