LATE REGISTRATION ENTRIES:  January 20, 2026, at 12:00pm (noon) MT

Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Technical Representative and if space permits in the event.
Entries accepted after the registration deadline date will be charged a late entry fee of $100 per entry or 50% of the
entry fee, per entry (whichever is greater).No entries will be accepted after the late entry registration deadline.

REGISTRATION CHANGES DEADLINE: January 28, 2026

After the registration deadline date, changes to entries will only be made by the Technical Representative. Confirm which event to
register in with your coach before submitting your registration. No changes will be made after the registration change deadline date.
Registration changes must be submitted by using the online form available on the event page of the website.

Deadline to submit changes for your music after submission: February 18, 2026, at 12:00pm (noon) MT.

Deadline to submit planned programs: February 18, 2026, at 12:00pm (noon) MT.
