After the registration deadline date, changes to entries will only be made by the Technical Representative.
No changes will be made after February 7, 2025.
Registration changes must be submitted by using the online form available on the event page of the website.

There will be a $25 Registration Change Fee applied to all registration changes.
Planned Program Content Submission Deadlline - February 26, 2025 at 12:00 pm (noon) MT
There will be a $25 fee per entry for failing to submit the Planned Program(s) by February 26, 2025, at 12:00pm (noon) MT.
Planned Programs will NOT be accepted on.site.
